I should have taken these photos earlier, when the sun was streaming in through my open window. Sadly the clouds are beginning to gather again. Still, we did manage two days of Spring, which was lovely.
I am showing my desk, or part of it, but most of what I am doing is hidden under the plain paper. All I can say, is that I have been using some Sheena Douglas stamps and some Hobby Art stamps. A couple of you will probably know what I am doing but please keep it quiet. It will become clear as April progresses (Oh dear, this year is flying).
I am desperately trying to get ahead of myself this month, for birthdays etc and Design Team work, so that I do not panic when we start to go away in the caravan - weather permitting. As you can see, I have got my beloved Derwent watercolour pencils out, and they are joined by the Derwent Graphic Pencils. I use those to add detail or to join up bits of stamping to finish the scene. You might also notice another Derwent product, my electric eraser. I am not just being lazy with that. You can sharpen the eraser itself to a fine point to add detail to pictures or to take out minute marks that you don't want.
If you want to see what I was hiding last week, the card on my previous post will show you a part of what I was doing. Then, you will need to see all the other wonderful desks on show this week, over at Julia's. Have a great week.

Well done Maggie on all your organising - such a great shot the last one compared to the earlier two.. hope all plans go along well, birthday and DT work, and enjoy your time in your caravan when you get there!! happy WOYWW Shaz in oz.x
Ooh, something that's hidden I!! How exciting...the way this year is shooting by, April will be here in a flash :)
And I notice that you have the Non Pinners button on your sidebar! Yay! We're a small subversive movement at the moment, but I'm sure more will join :) Lol!!
Thanks for dropping by,
LLJ 32 xx
That is so organised. I too keep a list on my computer but must confess have not been as good lately. Perhaps I need to have a rummage and see which stamps are new .
Can not think what you are doing right now, will have to wait for the final reveal.
Have a good day
Hugs, Neet xx

Hi Maggie,
I just love using watercolor pencils too! They are so fun. Drats, you have to hide what you are working on.
Not participating this week but wanted to pop in and say hello.
Hugs,
Kay
Hi Maggie, how nice to be anticipating holidays away in your caravan again ... even if it does seem like the days, weeks and months are whizzing by. I bet you feel great now that you've almost got to the end of the sorting of the stamps. I can recommend Weston Boxes too - I use their boxes to store my 12x12 paper. Look forward to seeing what you are hiding under that paper :) Hope you've had a good WOYWW. Elizabeth x #26
Colouring with pencils - such a great great therapy and such a skill Maggie - no doubt your secret creations will be lovely. Meantime, covering everything with white paper makes your desk look spookily tidy!
Not sure I understand the list system only that it works for you. Just love viewing your art and the tropical scenes.

Hi Maggie
Hidden work - that sounds exciting stuff! And thank you for the link to Westons - I've had a quick look and might well be sourcing some boxes from there.
Belated Happy WOYWW, hugs, Di xx #42

busy looking desk. Sounds like you are really getting organized. I hate it but this year is definitely flying by at a high rate of speed! Little late getting around this week but better a little late then never! Hope you have a great week. Vickie #11
Good Morning Maggie! thank you for the visit! I plan to take those red blocks, put the word family on them and put on my fireplace....that's the plan! I love the palm tree card! I have a bunch of Judith stamps...little images, that you make up different scenes with...I forgot about them, until I seen your card....I always loved using them, because you really get to be creative with their use.. Well you have my attention...hiding something.....I will just have to keep an eye on you!
hugs! Robin
